The City of Rochester has such an amazing history, and, through the efforts of many, is being reborn with spirit, strength and attitude. My vision was to create an urban, contemporary fitness studio for our unique community, something that Downtown has never seen before. From the best instructors in town, the lighting and sound systems, the lockers, showers and amenities, the unique art on the walls and the food in the grab and go fridge...the Vault experience is really special.
We focus on our member community as well as supporting our local business community to contribute to the growth of Rochester.
After being an athlete at the college level, Elise continues to challenge and set goals for herself daily. Outside of her classes, she likes Peloton rides and HIIT and strength training to stay physically and mentally on point!
Breanna played many sports growing up beginning with karate and gymnastics and then soccer, basketball, and softball. From youth sports, she learned of only two outcomes: winning or losing. Cycling and group fitness has shown her that there is so much more to fitness including moving in ways that make us feel good and being a part of a supportive community. Breanna has always loved music and is grateful to have found a way to use music to make us move, feel powerful, and give us the space to be our wildest, most authentic selves.
Krystal has completed over 600 hours of yoga training and is working through another 300 hours which will give her RYT-500. Her certifications included specialized training in yoga for athletes, alignment, as well as yoga for children/teens. Krystal deeply believes in community and was selected from her cohort to complete training in leadership, diversity, and social justice. Her foundational beliefs in community started as a young volleyball player and carried her into playing at the collegiate level. After college she wanted to impact other young lives and became a NYS-accredited interscholastic volleyball coach helping to lead her team to a sectional title. Krystal firmly believes in yoga as a lifestyle as it has positively transformed and continues to influence her daily life. Krystal is an avid meditator, loves kirtan (yoga chanting/singing) and is a forever yoga philosophy student. With yoga becoming such an integrated part of her life, Krystal now plans to adopt a more holistic approach to her pharmacy career and go on to study herbalism and functional medicine.
Autumn has always enjoyed being active, but found her passion in yoga. Time and again she has found the best self-care is stepping onto her mat to “work in” as much as she steps onto it to work out. As an instructor, Autumn’s goal is to hold space for the VAULT community to feel supported showing up as they are to breathe and move in a way that feels empowering and purposeful. Outside the studio, you'll find Autumn ordering an iced chai latté, hanging out with friends, or soaking up sunshine/snuggled inside with (most likely) a thrilling mystery novel.

After taking my first class in 2014, I have been drawn to the many facets of Yoga practice. The most potent of those being the beliefs that everything in this world is an expression of the divine, the idea that all of our movement follows a certain pattern, and the hope that every individual awakening benefits the community at large.I believe that Asana and movement help Yogis create stronger, more aligned vessels with which we navigate this human experience. I use thematic language and intentional sequencing to deepen our connection to our bodies, our minds, and our community.

Fitness and athletics have always been a huge part of Cary's life. She grew up in the U of R gym where her dad coached basketball for over 30 years and she always admired her mom's beautiful asana practice. Cary played sports in high school, though most of her fitness journey has been in HIIT classes and grinding hard on spin bikes. Since entering her yoga era, asana has been a vehicle to be present in her body. Cary earned her 200 hour intensive on the magical island of Bali and immediately felt compelled to encouraged to share her practice with yogis from the other side of the mat.
After a few nomadic years in Southeast Asia, Cary returned to Rochester intending to enjoy family and plan out her next adventure. However, in a rather poetic unfolding, the universe had other plans for her and she's found her adventure right here at home on her yoga mat.
