KO fell in love with fitness through trying different workouts and because of how personal fitness is for each individual person. She believes that you are responsible for your own success, for creating and challenging your own limits and for holding yourself accountable. It is your distinct responsibility to find the type of training styles that make you happy and leave you feeling your best. For KO, that includes trail running with her pups and ADK hikes fueled with maple syrup drenched breakfast foods.

Terrence’s love for sports and fitness come primarily from his father and brother, Travis. Growing up he remembers his family talking boxing, mainly about Mike Tyson. After seeing one of Tyson’s fights, he was hooked! Travis was the driving force for his involvement in track, baseball and football, bringing out Terrence’s competitive side. Utilizing his talent for sports, he earned himself a ticket to college and now gives back to the younger community by coaching track and football, pushing his athletes to not only be great competitors, but great students and great people.
Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, Mackenzie graduated from the University of Buffalo. Mackenzie used to view working out as a punishment, until she discovered Rhythm Cycling! She took her first class her senior year of college and it was "love at first ride!" Ever since that first class, cycling has become a major part of her life and now views working out as a celebration of all that your body can do for you. When not in a cycle class you can find Mackenzie either at Chick-fil-A or watching the Bills!
For Mackenzie, fitness is more than working out to achieve a specific aesthetic. She considers fitness a therapy of sorts. Yoga, specifically, has always been a way for her to clear her head, become stronger (mentally and physically) and give her the confidence to handle the struggles life can sometimes bring. She began teaching to provide a space for others to come as they are and take whatever they need each time they hit the mat. When she’s not in the studio, she loves taking advantage of Rochester’s very brief warm weather for outdoor workouts, as well as HIIT classes to push her limits and bring out her competitive side!
Hannah has always been part of an active family and fell in love with fitness training for a triathlon with her dad. She’s enjoyed distance running every since, but found yoga while working as a summer camp counselor in the Adirondacks. She is passionate about helping people access their creativity and feel at home in their bodies! When Hannah isn’t working on her New Year’s resolution of doing more push-ups, you can catch her at the VAULT with her fit buddy, Meg, or at the nearest Dunkin.
Amy L. went from gymnastics on playground handlebars and trees to having a strong foundation in strength training and cycling. Her fitness mentality revolves around goal setting, cultivating healthy and supportive relationships and building confidence to help participants face life’s challenges!
Carly is passionate about using movement as a tool for turning inward to connect with the self. As someone who long struggled with anxiety and problematic patterns, yoga taught her the skill of becoming self-aware, which has deeply impacted the way she experiences life. A Rochester native, she recently moved back to the area after spending most of her adult life in Seattle, WA, where she became an RYT 200 twice- most recently studying with Awakening Yoga Academy. As a teacher, it is her goal to encourage people to show up for themselves, practice compassion, and use their yoga practice to teach the body and mind that it can do hard things on and off the mat. When she isn’t practicing yoga or training handstands, you can find her with her nose in a book, cooking something elaborate, or exploring the outdoors with her partner.
As a high school and college athlete, fitness has always been a huge part of Emma’s life. You can expect strong coaching from Emma’s cycling classes with a musical mix of strong bass beats and uplifting lyrics! Want to get on her good side? Bring her chocolate peanut butter desserts!

The City of Rochester has such an amazing history, and, through the efforts of many, is being reborn with spirit, strength and attitude. My vision was to create an urban, contemporary fitness studio for our unique community, something that Downtown has never seen before. From the best instructors in town, the lighting and sound systems, the lockers, showers and amenities, the unique art on the walls and the food in the grab and go fridge...the Vault experience is really special.
We focus on our member community as well as supporting our local business community to contribute to the growth of Rochester.
Lorraine’s passion for fitness began at a young age, and she has dedicated her life to helping people realize themselves, realize their greatness, their potential and their expansion within themselves reminding them of how unique and special they are. She brings her competitive edge to her clients and encourages them to push themselves to be the best versions of themselves. She is a firm believer in the mind-body connection and knows that each of her workouts gives her clients the perfect dose of intensity and inspiration. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious and she is committed to helping her community live healthier, happier lives.
Autumn has always enjoyed being active, but found her passion in yoga. Time and again she has found the best self-care is stepping onto her mat to “work in” as much as she steps onto it to work out. As an instructor, Autumn’s goal is to hold space for the VAULT community to feel supported showing up as they are to breathe and move in a way that feels empowering and purposeful. Outside the studio, you'll find Autumn ordering an iced chai latté, hanging out with friends, or soaking up sunshine/snuggled inside with (most likely) a thrilling mystery novel.
After CC stopped playing soccer she had to learn how to work out on her own. Thats when she fell in love with fitness/training. CC's ultimate goal is to make fitness more of a career than a hobby. Fitness for CC has become her way of staying healthy physically and mentally. Getting a good workout in is a great way to clear your mind and devote some time to yourself! When not at work or Vault you can find CC outside hiking, kayaking, skiing and traveling!
